83Alan Katsuo Wakatsuki, 62, of Kailua-Kona, a retired banquet porter at Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel and banquet porter at the former Kona Surf, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by hanai sons Soane Ngaluafe and Shannon Pua Jr., hanai daughter Uilani Ngaluafe, sisters Karen Gieser and Janice Wakatsuki, and hanai brother Paul Ngaluafe. Services at noon May 22 at Kailua Pier, Kailua-Kona. Reception to follow at Honu's Restaurant at Courtyard Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. Casual attire. Loose flowers welcome.
