81Hector "Tommy" Obusan, 83, of Mililani died in Mililani. He was born in Vinzons, Camarines Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Mercedes; sons Jaybee and Jaychrist; daughters Flordeliza Crisostomo, Jovita Mateo and Maricel Guinto; and seven grandchildren.
