Maximo Rios Vizmanos, 88, of Waipahu, a Navy veteran, a Navy chief culinary specialist supervisor and civil service worker, died at home. He was born in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. He is survived by wife Bernadita R.; sons Joel and Evan; daughter Lorielyn; stepdaughters Florence Pagaduan, Filomena Pastor, Nancy Inciong and Elsie Yanagihara; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
