73Sandra Akiona Nakoa, 63, of Honolulu, a retired resource teacher at the state Department of Education Resource Office and a teacher at Princess Victoria Kaiulani Elementary School, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Douglas "Chucky," sons Kawika C. and Keone J.K. Akiona Nakoa, daughter Mahealani L. Akiona Nakoa, mother Shirley L. Akiona and brother Randall D.
