81Katsy U. Noda, 96, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education substitute teacher and former employee of Liberty House in Kahala Mall, died in Honolulu. She was born in Los Angeles. She is survived by daughter Lilliann N. Yoshii. Private services. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hawaiian Humane Society.
