He is survived by former wife Cynthia Kuba, sons Jordan Herodias-Kuba and Jenzen Kuba-Herodias, father Robert Sr., stepmother Juliette Herodias, mother Ischyria Matsuura, stepfather Wayne Matsuura, brothers Robert Herodias Jr. and Lyle Matsuura, and sisters Serena Herodias and Marianne Valentin. Visitation: 9 a.m. May 25 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Service: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
