Nicholas Charles Neumeier, 72, of Mililani, a retired Army master sergeant who served in the Vietnam War and a retired club manager for the federal government, died in Aiea. He was born in Paris, Ark. He is survived by wife Tammie "Nuey"; brothers Edward, Robert and Vincent; and sister Sharon Weinsinger. Private services.
