74Ramel Sanchez Wamil, 45, of Honolulu, owner of Hawaii Local Luxury Cab, died in Honolulu. He was born in St. Traxedes, Cagayan, Philippines. He is survived by sons Jordan and Chauncey Clark-Wamil; mother Felicidad; brothers Ruben Jr. and Ronnie Wamil, and Rocky Feller; and sister Rufelia Tomas. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. May 28 at Kawaihae Canoe Club, 613675 Akoni Pule Highway. Scattering of ashes to follow. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
