79Betty McGarrity, 85, of Kailua, a retired secretary, died in Kailua. She was born in Oklahoma. She is survived by daughter Donna L., sisters Billie Jose and Patty Hobbs, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services. Donations suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
