76Hiram Milvet Kamakea Hee Sr., 83, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired engineering department employee for Pono Kai Condos, died. He was born in Waipio Valley, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Henry K., Hiram "Mil" and Wesley; daughters Winifred "Lei" Cotner, Bernice "Kee-Lam" Lambert and Kehaulani Hee; 17 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Celebration of life/graveside services: 11 a.m. June 3 at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
