Thomas Toshio "Tommy" Otsubo, 85, of Kaneohe, a retired technician for Otis Elevator and an Army veteran, died in Kina Ole Estate. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by wife Joyce, daughters Donna Lee and Laurie Chang, sister Ethel Miyasaki and three grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
