Feliciano Sanchez "Bert" Barroga Jr., 91, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in San Manuel, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Juliana; sons Boy, Amado, Edilberto and Richard; daughters Jocelyn O'Donnell, Mary Ann Deck and Rosemarie Matsushima; 22 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. May 29 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Final services and burial to be held in the Philippines.
