SALUSTIO FRANCISCO "FRANK" MAGLAYA QUILATES Salustio Francisco "Frank" Maglaya Quilates, beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away peacefully on March 22, 2016 at the age 74 in Kailua, HI, U. S. A. surrounded by his family. He passed knowing he was deeply loved, cared for and cherished. He was born April 12, 1941 in Paringao, Bauang La Union, Philippines. He will be remembered by his family and friends for his generosity, kind nature, and distinctive, joyous laughter. He was a skillful, creative and initiative worker. In the Philippines, he was a fisherman, car painter and sheetmetal man and assembled drone missiles. He served as a Barangay Captain to maintain peace and order in the Paringao Community under Former President Ferdinand E. Marcos. He was also a bulldozer operator in Hacienda Luisita, Aquino Farm. He is survived by his loving wife, Emperatriz Baconawa Quilates; 2 brothers, Ernesto M. Quilates, and Eddie F. Quilates; 2 sisters, Fe M. Quilates and Elvira Q. Balagot; 7 Children: Edwin Mario, Virginia, Luz, Johnny, Sonny, Eulyzel Johanna, Julie Ann; 18 Grand children: Princess Eleisha, Edwina, Samuel, Caleb, Elijah, Elisha, Ralph Victor, Dexzie Lou, Dexzel Ann, Dexter Nap I, Dexter Nap II, Dexter Zean, Johnwell, Sonyx, Cyndrick Francklin, Stephenson, Jelianne Aishah, Francis Aeron. Wake Service and His celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary 45-425 Kamehameha Hwy. Kaneohe, Hi 96744 Farewell Ceremony on Saturday, June 4, 2016, from 9:00 to 12:00 noon at The Kailua Nazarene Church 536 Oneawa Street Kailua, HI 96734. Lunch 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
