Andy Masami Takekuma, 61, of Pearl City, an electrician for the state Department of Transportation, Airports Division, died at home. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Lesa B., son Cody M., daughter Mariko, brothers Clyde and Bruce, and sister Karen Villabrile. Visitation: 4 p.m. June 8 at Kauai Soto Zen Temple Zenshuji.
