82Michael Maiki "Mike" Soares, 60, of Honolulu, a city wastewater operator, died in Honolulu. He was born in Okinawa, Japan. He is survived by wife Marlene B., son Landon K., mother Tokiko Y., brothers Sterling and Kealoha, and sisters Leialoha Notrangelo and Keala Watson. Visitation: 10 a.m. June 7 at Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace. Eulogy: 11 a.m. Mass at noon. Entombment: 1:15 p.m. at Nuuanu Memorial Park. No flowers.
