Col. William A. Schauer Jr., 91, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force colonel, died at home. He was born in Hayden, Ariz. He is survived by wife Kitty, son David, eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Services: 3 p.m. June 9 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Scattering of ashes: 4 p.m. June 11 at Dillingham Airfield, Waialua. Casual attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to the Order of Daedalians of Hawaii, in care of JBPHH Officers Club, 900 Worthington Ave., Hickam AFB 96853.
