Samuel Lewi Mokuhalii Fernandez, 79, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. He was born in Kau, Hawaii. He is survived by son Darren; daughters Leviette Haynes and Tammy and Kelly-Ann Fernandez; sister Ann Delos-Santos; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Private services.
