Harold Seiji Saito, 90, of Honolulu, a retired electrician for Aruda Electric and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hanapepe, Kauai. He is survived by brother Richard and sisters Jane Arakawa and Katherine Saito. Private services.
