EUNICE BOW CHUN HO Eunice Bow Chun Ho, 96 of Kaimuki, who owned and operated Ho's Kitchenette in Chinatown, died at home on Saturday, May 21, 2016. She was the wife of Richard Y.C. Ho who preceded her in death in August 1956. Her son, Leonard Ho also preceded her in death in April 2003. Born in Honolulu, she was the daughter of the late Ping Wo and Fu Kwai Au. She is survived by sons, Gordon, Norman and Harrison, daughter Patricia Dixon, brother Herbert Au, sisters Ruby Chung, Henrietta Yamamoto, and Ellen Wong and 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Services will be at Diamond Head Mortuary on Monday, 13 June 2016. 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM Viewing, 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM Services. Aloha attire and no flowers.
