Richard Toshio Wachi, 70, of Mililani, a retired electrician for A-1 A-Lectrician, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Cheryl E.; sons Lyle, Chris and Brian; brothers Wally and Aaron; sister Karen Otomo; and six grandchildren. Private services.
