Wallace Tsutomu "Otto" Tomei, 74, of Kaneohe, a retired pig farmer, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Yong Ja, daughter Chong Ahrom, brothers Thaddeus and Wayne, sister Amy Shinsato, and a grandchild. Private services.
