Eunice Bow Chan Ho, 96, of Honolulu, a retired Ho's Kitchenette owner in Chinatown, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Gordon W.H., Norman T.H. and Harrison; daughter Patricia K.L. Dixon; brother Herbert Au; sisters Ruby Chung, Henrietta Yamamoto and Ellen Wong; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. June 13 at Diamond Head Mortuary.
