72Consuelo Subia "Connie" Quijano, 69, of Honolulu, a city prosecutor's office retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kamakani, Kauai. She is survived by husband Lucien "Louie"; son Lucien J.; daughters Xiara C. Jasso and Lisa M., Robin L. and Maelyn R. Quijano; brothers Irwin and Donald Subia; sisters Estrella Decoito and Caroline Dupio; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. June 14 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
