73Bernice C. Chang, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Department of Social Services social worker, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Wesley Y.S. and Bradley Y.C. Chang, and Brian Y.K. Mibouer; daughters Debra W.K. Chang and Laurie W.Y. Chang-Murphy; brother Alfred Y.T. Ching; sister Gertrude E. Ching; and seven grandchildren.
