Joseph Luahine "Uncle Joe" Huddy, 78, of Kamuela, Hawaii, a retired Honolulu Fire Department firefighter, a Honolulu Police Department officer and an Air Force veteran, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Kilauea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Charlotte, daughter Desiree Huddy-Akau, sister Margaret Brack and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. June 25 at Imiola Congregational Church.
