Randy Smith, 66, of Kilauea, Kauai, died. He was born in California. He is survived by mother Erma and sisters Barbara and Carol. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. June 18 at Christ Memorial Church. Donations suggested to Kauai Humane Society.
