Kourtnee Otsuka, 26, of Honolulu, a dental assistant with Dr. Reid Koyanagi, DDS, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by mother Lisa, sisters Ashley Koyanagi and Brittany Peralta-Otsuka, and grandparents Robert and Maureen Otsuka, and Judith Gonzaga. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. June 18 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
