69Basilio H. Lagua, 73, of Honolulu, a retired National Landscaping landscaper, died in Honolulu. He was born in Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Mussolina G.; son Mario; daughters Nida Lagua-Cordeiro, Maribel Lagua and Madeline Lagua-Cruz; brothers Modesto Lagua, and Leonardo, Fermin and Tomas Balisacan; sisters Beatrice Fiesta, Sylvia Carino and Florence Vea; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
