76Esmenia Subia Foronda, 67, of Keaau, Hawaii, a retired laundry department employee at Life Care Center of Hilo, died in Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Joel and Noel N.; mother Catalina Subia; brother Jaime Subia; sisters Emiliana Galima, Estela Ellazar and Norma S. Lato; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. June 24 at Dodo Mortuary-Hilo. Services: 6 p.m. Cremation to follow. Casual attire. Inurnment: 10 a.m. June 27 at Homelani Memorial Park.
