74Librada Cubar Belen, also known as "Libring" and "Badang," 31, of Papaaloa, Hawaii, died in Hospice of Hilo, Pohai Malama Facility. She was born in Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by parents Romulo, also known as "Romy" and "Molong," and Teresita Belen, also known as "Tessie" and "Tersing"; brothers Roderick, Geronimo, Herry and Harold; and sisters Mary Grace Vlahovic and Angelica Reynell Belen. Visitation: 8 a.m. June 25 at St. Anthony Catholic Church-Laupahoehoe. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery. Casual attire.
