Mack Hisayoshi Hamada, 91, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, prosecutor and retired chairman of the Hawaii Public Employment Relations Board, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carol, son Michael H., daughter Jennifer S. and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. June 24 at Nuuanu Congregational Church.
