Fidel "Pete" Dulan, 81, of Honolulu, a construction equipment operator and Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in North Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Agnes; sons Belden, Thomas and Michael; daughters Alice Bryant and Sonia Va'a; stepsons Andrew Wallace and Leo and Clarence Saranillio; stepdaughters Patricia Kincade, Wilma Gatley and Arlette Duvernay; 12 grandchildren; 21 step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 29 step-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. June 23 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St., Honolulu. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
