Wallace Itsuo Wasada, 87, of Honolulu, a retired civil engineer for the Pacific division of Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and retired area engineer for the state Department of Transportation, Highways Division, died. He also was an Army veteran. He was born in Pauoa Valley. He is survived by sons Darryl Y. and Langford M., daughter Nadine K. Carver, sisters Alice K. Takahashi and Rose A. Oshiro, and four grandchildren. Private services.
