Clara Kealohaokalani Gallinger

Clara Kealohaokalani "Kalala" Gallinger, 69, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a retired Sandy's Drive In cashier, Ma's Kava Stop proprietor and Hokulia Project security officer, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Philip; sons David Hoopai, Samuel Gallinger and Isaac Naki; daughters Davalynn Manzano, Suki Vuicakau, April Qina, Maka Gallinger, Leialoha Durante and Nalani Aivao; eight brothers; five sisters; 27 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. June 25 at Bible First Mission Church, Captain Cook, mauka side at mile marker 109. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Naalehu County Cemetery, Naalehu, Hawaii. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
