James K.E. Peters, 65, of Honolulu, a roofing contractor and an Air Force veteran, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Shelilah M., sons Java K. and Justin K., mother Ruth Kolo and sisters Lucy Ann Dulak, Kathrine Ganiko and Gwendolyn Pascual. Visitation: noon June 27 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2055 Kamehameha IV Road. Flowers welcome.
