Koichi Teruya, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force civil servant and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Wailuku. He is survived by wife Taeko, brothers Thomas T. and Rosco M., and sisters Ann K. McGahey and Lillian Y. Miyasato. Private services.
