75Patricia Ann Hara, 72, of Kailua, a retired Smith Barney sales assistant, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Kekoa, daughter Trish K. Morikawa, sisters Geraldine "Dearie" Miyamoto and Gail Gouveia, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
