72Robert Arellano, 62, of Hilo, an Island Heritage Co. operations manager, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Chicago. He is survived by father Salvador, brother Richard Urdiales and sister Gloria Urdiales. Mass: 12:15 p.m. June 27 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hilo.
