Herbert Garcia Lemson, 88, of North Las Vegas, a Civil Service and U.S. Customs employee, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, died in Las Vegas. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son George, daughters Josephine and Shawn, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
