77Vernon Ray Reiger Jr., 60, of Honolulu, a laborer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Lovely; sons Vernon Jr., Kelli'i, Ethan and Tevin; daughters Raelana Reiger and Wailana Ulukita; parents Vernon and Elanor Scott; brothers Richard Reiger and Scott Namuo; and seven grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. July 30 at Oahu Cemetery. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
