72James Yoshio Miyashiro, 92, of Aiea, a retired U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service maintenance employee, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by wife Grace, sons Melvin M. and Karl "Yuki," daughters Dorothy Harada and Sandy Perreira, 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3:30 p.m. July 2 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
