79Charles V. Kipilii, 53, of Ewa Beach, a motor vehicle operator for the U.S. Department of the Navy, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Roxanne; son Charles Jr.; daughters Charleen Kipilii-Tucker and Victoria, Chantel and Bree Kipilii; sisters Kathleen Kipilii-Anderson, Carla Belaski and Candace Bradley; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 1 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:45 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
