Gilbert Arthur Padilla, 68, of Mililani, an Army veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Gilbert, Ariz. He is survived by wife Jennie H.; sons Danny, Bill and John Locklar; daughters Debbie Hannas, Elizabeth Licata and Celia Locklar; 14 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. June 30 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
