Horace Jackson Reisner, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Granite City, Ill. He is survived by wife Jean, daughter Sue Walwrath, sons William and Joseph, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services. Burial in August at Arlington National Cemetery.
