Oswald K. "Ozzie" Irvine, 78, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a retired Hawaii County Planning Department electrical inspector and an Air Force veteran, died in Hospice of Hilo-Pohai Malama Facility. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Charla; son Oswald Jr.; daughters Alison Iwamoto, Susan Irvine and Bonnie Okamoto; brother Ralph Sr.; sisters Mildred Morte, Kehau- lani Kea and Juanita Kaonohi; and 12 grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 9 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church-Pahoa. Mass: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
