74Robert "Packy" Franco, 79, of Paia, Maui, died at home. He was born in Paia. He is survived by wife Eunice J.; sons Ronald, Regan and Randy Pelekai, and Kapono Franco; daughters Laurie Saito, Mae Davis, Valerie Pelekai, Leimomilani Tanner and Kawewehi Franco; brothers Alfred and Malcolm; 17 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
