Robert Hidenori "Bob" Iwai, 80, of Honolulu, a retired Army lieutenant colonel who served in the Vietnam War, a Central Intelligence Agency director of security, and Space Imaging vice president for systems development and operations, died in Straub Clinic and Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Janie H. and sister Sara. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 9 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Aloha attire.
