Endelicio "Endel" Francisco, 80, of Wai- pahu, a retired Navy veteran and Salt Lake Elementary School employee, died in Waipahu. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lisa, daughters Joann A. Hamlin and Elizabeth Francisco, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. July 8 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Flowers welcome.
