76Rachael Teheluna Chang, 91, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education cafeteria helper at University Laboratory School, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Diane Rast, Debra Fulkerson and Janice Low; sister Carol Custino; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. July 7 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
