Rolando Ramos Cabingabang, also known as "Rolly" and "Lando," 66, of Waipahu, a retiree of Grace Pacific and Hawaiian Bitumuls Paving & Precast, and an Army veteran, died in Waipahu. He was born in Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Delia D.; daughters Cheryl Ann Bernard, Leslie Cabingabang and Betsy Fa'asu; brothers Ernesto, Gilbert and Romy; sisters Neyda Cabingabang, Naty Jara, Lolinda Madigal, Rosita Fagaragan, Elizabeth Calaycay and Lety Lacar; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. July 11 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. July 12 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Waipahu. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers welcome.
